Property Description
A rare find! This stylish 1957 mid-century home sits on more than a third of an acre on one of the best streets in south Palm Desert. The home has just been extensively remodeled and is ready for your cool furnishings! The seller is amenable to owner financing with reasonable terms as an option. .Large brand-new double-pane floor to ceiling windows span the living area allowing for a spectacular view to the north. The floors throughout the home were just re-done with large 48 inch grey porcelain tiles. Other elegant finishes include quartz countertops, beautiful kitchen and bathroom tile, and all-new appliances. There are 3 bedrooms off the main living area and a large, permitted bedroom/bonus room on the other side of the home which was part of a later addition and has its own entrance door. The huge walled-in private backyard has gorgeous mountain views to the south and west. A sparkling pool and raised spa, and spacious patios, are a great place to relax and entertain. There is plenty of room for a potential outbuilding too. There is also a very large two-car garage. Prices are on the rise in this popular neighborhood with its proximity to El Paseo, College of the Desert, golf course and numerous fine restaurants and shopping.
